In partnership with Canada Boat Safety, Boattests101 is pleased to recommend the link below to an online course. The Canada Boat Safety online course will step you through the various knowledge requirements required for your boating license. You must spend at least 3 hours pacing through the course material before you can link to the exam. When you are ready, you will be linked to the Transport Canada site for an online, open book exam. Have your reference materials handy. You must answer 50 multiple-choice questions. A pass mark is 75%. (38 out of 50 questions correct.) After successful completion of the online exam, you may print out a Temporary Boat Operator Card, which is valid for 30 days. In the interim, Canada Boat Safety will mail your permanent Boat Operator Card to your specified address.
